Earlier, we bought and returned SBH-57 from Amazon because mouth piece of that helmet was too much outward which makes overall outer body bigger than expected (Not necessarily a big concern from everybody). Later, we bought this IGN-4 helmet based on its popularity and reviews. Also, we liked it's unique design of spoilers which makes this helmet looks so amazing in real. This helmet is compact because it's mouth piece is not much outward. Even when 'M' size is recommended I felt it is tight when I wore it in real and also felt some level of suffocation when not riding. Maybe, I'll get used to it after some time. You can hear thunder like sound while riding when all air vents are open. There is decent amount of silence when air vents are closed. So, overall we find this helmet amazing because of its unique design and build quality. Even though we are happy with this helmet I have concerns regarding service of this official store of Steelbird. It took 5 days for them deliver it since they didn't dispatched it from nearest location. I can understand delay in delivery but helmet that we received has damaged screw in right hand side spoiler because of which it is loose. Seems screw was tried to tighten by someone and damaged it. Now, it can only be glued. We didn't return since we don't wanna wait another 5 days. I believe company should only dispatch new unit and check for these damages before dispatch, atleast when customer is buying it from official store because we expect best when we buy things from official store.
